Hello!
I am a clinical counsellor living in the Coast Salish Territory of the Lək̓ʷəŋən speaking peoples, also known as Victoria, British Columbia.
I am honoured to witness others on their own path of being human. Life comes with many challenges — and it can be difficult to navigate.
I bring my whole heart and authentic self to the therapy space. No matter what you're going through, I want you to know that you are not alone and you are worthy of the support you need.

In addition to being a counsellor. . .
I am also a mother and partner, a yoga student and teacher, a maker and creator, a traveller and adventurer, a nature appreciator, a joy seeker, and compassion promoter. I am cisgender and use ‘she/her/hers’ and ‘they/them/theirs’ pronouns. My heritage is of European and South East Asian descent and I am second generation to this unceded Coast Salish land on which I gratefully reside. I love warm weather, yummy food, giggling, and plants.
